Where do we ship from?

All product is stored on island and is hand delivered.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Your order will be delivered as soon as possible! We endeavor to dispatch all orders placed on our website within 72 hours (from Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm). If you need help, please email us at poko@spativa.co.uk

Once I place my order, can I change my delivery address?

This will depend on whether your order has been sent for delivery by the time that you contact us. We will accommodate you wherever possible so please contact us at your earliest convenience.

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

If you changed your mind and want to amend your order, email us as soon as possible at poko@spativa.co.uk with your request. If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we will arrange this for you without further charges.

If you wish to cancel your order, email us as soon as possible at poko@spativa.co.uk outlining the reason for your cancellation. If you cancel prior to us dispatching your order, we will refund the total of your order immediately including the delivery charge. However if you cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will need to return the product/s we sent you in its original, unopened packaging at your own cost and you need to inform us within 14 days of receiving your order in order for us to process your refund. This is known as the ‘cooling off’ period. If the product has been opened and touched or tested, we cannot accept your cancellation request and refund you for health/hygiene reasons.

Can I exchange an item once the order has been completed?

Unfortunately, all completed orders online are non-exchangeable.
